Pheasant breast wrapped in cured bacon & slowly braised in red wine and shallots

Pan fried Sea Bass fillets with sizzled ginger, chilli & spring onions , with a warm honey & Soya dressing
Aubergine parcel stuffed with roasted peppers, red onion & courgettes on warm goats cheese with a sweet pepper sauce
All the above served with Dauphinoise & sauté potatoes, roasted root vegetables, spiced red cabbage & baby sprouts
