Starters

Honey roasted Parsnip and apple Soup, with parsnip crisps
Smoked Haddock in a creamy leek sauce with a cheddar gratin
Pork and Fig Terrine with a red onion Marmalade and toast
Pear, blue cheese and walnut Tart, salad garnish

Mains

Traditional roast Turkey, apricot & chestnut stuffing, chipolata wrapped in bacon & gravy
Oven baked fillet of Salmon with a tomato and olive crust, sun-blush tomato butter sauce and new potatoes
Spinach, Aubergine and Wild mushroom Wellington with a garlic cream sauce and crushed new potatoes
Venison casserole with juniper berries, thyme and redcurrants and mashed potato
All served with seasonal vegetables and roast potatoe
